LODGING POLICIES

Four Lakes RV Park is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 21 (twenty one) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per site. Cancellations can only be made by phone.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 21 (twenty one) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation amount. If we can rebook your site(s), a full or partial refund may be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during peak season, some holidays and special events. *A 30 (thirty) day cancellation notice is required on all site bookings during peak season and for some holidays and special events.

Base rates include up to 2 licensed vehicles and 2 adults and up to 4 children (additional adults and children require fee of $5/per person Max of 4 adults and 6 children per site). A maximum of 8 people per site are allowed.

Vehicle count will include the RV. (truck campers will count as another vehicle if removed from the bed of the truck).

RVs are classified as: Motor Homes, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, and other campers originally sold through RV Dealerships such as truck campers and teardrop trailers. A truck and a camper become two separate vehicles if the camper is removed from the bed of the truck.

RV Rental Deliveries: Patrons having third-party delivery of an RV to a reserved campsite must provide parks staff contact information for the rental company prior to the arrival date for coordination.

Premium sites have an included tent pad, tents must be placed on the designated tent pad or asphalt parking pad. No tents, air mattresses, tarps or anything that will harm the grass is to be set up outside of these specific areas. While we have directed the sprinklers away from the tent pads we recommend tents be waterproof as we cannot control the direction of wind and overspray from the sprinklers in the evenings and mornings.

Check-in: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Early arrivals are not recommended as off-premises parking is not readily available for camp trailers or large motorhomes. Check-in requires a valid ID. The site holder must be the first person to arrive at the site and, until then, no one else can go to the site.

Check-out no later than: 11:00 AM
